Listen to the same audio walk in two different ways:
—The way you might listen to audio normally (for me, while cooking, while drawing, while cleaning, while driving) — this listen might not be on headphones;
—While walking — listen on headphones.
Note any ways the compositional elements work differently. There is an embodied experience to cooking, drawing, cleaning, and driving, obviously, but walking makes a particular kind of physical energy and mental space. How does the mood or tone of the track hit you differently? Does it feel like it takes less or more time?
Make notes for yourself about what works for you as a walking listener.
